1-4 Day Temporary Liquor License

• PLEASE READ AND COMPLETE THE APPLICATION THOROGHLY.
• The Temporary 1 – 4 Day ON Sale Liquor Sales fee is $50.00, payment must accompany the application. Checks should be made payable to the Aitkin County Auditor.
• Liquor Liability: Please review Affidavit as to Sales to determine if your event will require liquor liability. Complete the Affidavit if applicable or provide a Certificate of Liquor Liability.
• The name on the insurance certificate must match exactly with the Applicant Name on the application.
• Certificate to be in favor of Aitkin County, not Liquor Control.
• Consent of Town Board
• Contact the Town Clerk immediately to be placed on their agenda; Town Board approval is required prior to returning to the Auditor’s Office.
• Workers' Compensation Certificate of Compliance
• Complete all lines required.
• List Applicant’s Name and Business Name as it appears exactly on the Application.
